1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Uncaf mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Uncaf is a wellness application designed to help users track and manage their caffeine consumption. The App provides daily check-ins, mood tracking, educational content, breathing exercises, and progress tracking features.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Uncaf is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The content, features, and information provided through the App are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding caffeine withdrawal or your health.
Research citations in the App (Huberman, Walker, Griffiths, etc.) are for educational context and do not constitute endorsements.
4. User Accounts
- You may use the App without creating an account (guest mode). Data will be stored locally on your device only.
- Creating an account enables cloud sync across devices.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Uncaf offers both free and premium subscription plans.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store / Play Store settings.
- Lifetime purchases do not auto-renew and provide permanent access to Premium features.
- Refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their respective refund policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the App's infrastructure
- Share your Premium subscription credentials with others
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in Uncaf are the property of Uncaf and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
