Uncaf ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Uncaf mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information you provide:
- Account information (email, display name) when you create an account
- Daily check-in data (mood, energy, sleep ratings)
- Caffeine intake and urge tracking data
- Onboarding quiz responses (caffeine habits, goals)
Information collected automatically:
- Device information (device type, OS version)
- App usage analytics (screen views, feature usage, session data)
- Push notification preferences and interaction data
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the Service (daily messages, phase guidance, progress insights)
- To sync your data across devices when you create an account
- To send push notifications you have opted into (daily reminders, weekly summaries)
- To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
- To process Premium subscription purchases (via Apple App Store / Google Play)
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement Firestore Security Rules to ensure only you can access your personal data.
Check-in data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to the cloud when you create an account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Firebase (Google) — for authentication and data storage
- RevenueCat — for subscription management
- Apple / Google — for in-app purchase processing
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, update, or delete your account data at any time from the Settings screen
- Use the app without an account (guest mode) — data stays on your device only
- Opt out of push notifications at any time
- Request data deletion by contacting us
7. Children's Privacy
Uncaf is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
